In case of an emergency, our staffs in head office and in Kyoto office visit clients as quickly as possible in Japan. Also in Southeast Asia, staffs in Bangkok office travel around ASEAN countries for trouble shooting. Our activities are not limited to Asia but also we cover Central and South America such as Mexico and Brazil. Therefore, our clients can earn our technical support anywhere in the world.
